Video Pitch and Presentation

 1- Title: Les chats de ruelle (I might change)

I want to make a small documentary about stray cats in Montreal. I want to talk about the situation/problems of not sterilizing cats (the overpopulation of cats, large number of euthanasia etc.)

2- I plan to have a narrator and interviews with vets, and/or people from shelters. Interviews will be made on location (vet clinic and shelter or outside in a ruelle)

I want to have music when there is no narration

Visual Style: I don't know exactly yet, but I might do my film in black and white.

3- Logistics: I need to shoot maybe during the night (street), and I will need at least 3 days to shoot depending on the availabilities of people involved.

     Locations: Vet clinic (during surgery, vaccinations, animal in cage, vet interview etc.). Shelter (interview, animals in cages) and street (stray cats)

     Equipment: My camera and artificial light if needed.

     Release forms: I don't know if I need some ?!?
